The project, which was designed with the PPP model for the city of Petropavlovsk located in the north of Kazakhstan and started in June 2019, covers the construction and maintenance of a multidisciplinary hospital. the city hospital project, which has a total covered construction area of 91.372 m2 along with 21.400 m2 indoor parking area and 69.972 m2 other areas, has a total capacity of 510 beds, including a 480 bed acute care unit and a 30 bed infection unit. There is also a 24 bed intensive care unit, a 10 bed neonatal intensive care unit, a 20 bed neuropathology unit and an 8 bed cardiovascular surgery adult intensive care unit within the project.
The completion rate of the project by the end of December 2019 is 10% and it is planned to be completed in December 2022. There is an indoor parking lot for 500 cars and an outdoor parking lot for patients, staff and visitors on the campus. In addition to these, there is also a helipad. There are 34 outpatient clinics within the hospital. The project aims to provide the highest standards of service to both its employees and patients with its modern and spacious structure, hygienic and spacious double rooms, clean and spacious social areas. It is a city hospital project aimed at providing the comfort of social life in business life to its employees with social areas such as conference halls, cafes and restaurants, children's playgrounds.
