The project, which was designed with the PPP model for the capital city of Kazakhstan, Nur Sultan, and started in early 2020, covers the construction and maintenance of a multidisciplinary university hospital.
Located on a 215,000 m2 plot of land, the city hospital project has a total indoor construction area of 190,000 m2, including 25,000 m2 of parking garage and 165,000 m2 of other areas, and has a total acute bed capacity of 800, including 600 bed adult and 200 bed pediatric departments.
The project also includes a 48 bed intensive care unit, a 30 bed neonatal intensive care unit, 6 cardiovascular intensive care units and 10 coronary intensive care units. The diagnostic, treatment and imaging units, laboratories, sterilization, kitchen and laundry areas in the project, which are planned according to the international central operating system, will have high technological equipment.
The project, which also includes academic units, classrooms, conference and seminar halls and is designed in accordance with JSI standards, has a completion rate of 5% and is planned to be completed in December 2022.
There is an indoor parking lot within the campus and an outdoor parking lot for patients, staff and visitors. In addition, there is a living street and social facility areas for medical students, staff, patients and visitors, as well as a helipad. There are 50 polyclinics within the hospital.
The project aims to provide the highest standards of service to both employees and patients with its modern and spacious structure, hygienic and spacious double rooms, clean and spacious social areas. With its social areas such as conference halls, cafes and restaurants, children's playgrounds, it is a city hospital project that aims to provide its employees with the comfort of social life in business life.
