The project, which was designed with the PPP model for the city of Kostanai located in the north of Kazakhstan and started in October 2020, includes the construction and maintenance of a multidisciplinary hospital.
City hospital has a total capacity of 530 beds on a plot of 200.000 m2; 67.000 m2 closed construction declivity. These consist of a 400 bed Acute care unit and an intensive care unit, Pre-OP/Post-OP units, hemodialysis units, a day hospital, delivery rooms and 130 beds with observation beds.
Diagnostic, treatment and imaging units, laboratory, sterilization, kitchen and laundry areas, which are included in the project and planned according to the international central operating system, will have high technological equipment. The completion rate of the project, designed in accordance with JSI standards, is 3% and it is planned to be completed in December 2023. There is an outdoor parking lot for patients, staff and visitors on the campus. In addition to these, there is also a helipad within the hospital area. There are 34 outpatient clinics within the hospital.
The project aims to provide the highest standards of service to both its employees and patients with its modern and spacious structure, hygienic and spacious double rooms, clean and spacious social areas Jul. It is a city hospital project aimed at providing the comfort of social life in business life to its employees with social areas such as conference halls, cafes and restaurants, children's playgrounds.
